Don’t Let Satan Convince You That You Are Worthless

There are new things to look at on the site.

  1. The is a new trailer of the book, “Signs of Hope: Ways to Survive in an Unfriendly World.” It is on the right side under the amazon icon. Click on it to see what the book is all about.
  2. There is now an Amazon widget for you to order my book. You can see some five star reviews there as well.
  3. In the bookstore there is a very special deal going on. First the book, “Signs of Hope: Ways to Survive in an Unfriendly World,” is on sale for $15.99 compared to $19.99 in the retail stores. We have very good news besides the sale. There is no shipping costs until the end of May. Yes, I said NO SHIPPING COST! That means the book is actually cheaper than if you bought it from amazon right now.
  4. There is a new page forming called, “All About Writing.” That page will talk about publishing, have guest authors share, and discuss writing trends. It is in a baby stage, so bear with me as I slowly develop it to my and your liking. 
  5. Check out the reviews coming in in the Media page. I will have at least three new ones and some are 5 star. It may take a few days.

Some thoughts for you…

  • When the clouds start coming into your life, always remember that God is, was, and will forever by your side.
  • 99% of what we worry about never happens. Give the other 01% over to God.
  • If you believe with all your heart that God is with you, mountains will move.
  • Don’t let Satan convince you that you are worthless. God made you in His own image, and has a purpose for you. Tell Satan to scram. You are the mower and he is the grass.
  • Some people spend each day trying to hurt people. Get away from them. They are only hurting themselves.
  • Baseball players are successful if they succeed only 33% of the time when they bat. You have so much more potential.
  • When you smile at someone they smile back. It is a win, win situation.
  • Help your neighbor who is hurting and it will make life better for you as well.

Remember:

You are not alone.

You are not forsaken.

You are not unloved.

Above all…never, ever, give up!

It has been pretty exciting around here lately. You will see some updating, and changes to the site. I will talk more about those in a minute. Here are some thoughts for just you and no one else…

  • Do you have walls that seems to be closing in on you. I have been there myself. Do those walls seem too high. wide, and deep for you to handle? Well… Our God is higher, wider, and can go deeper than any wall. Just ask Him for help and he will be there with you the rest of they way.
  • No more Mr./Mrs. nice guy. Don’t  let Satan control your life. Give him the boot. You can be the mower, and he is the grass. God will give you all the strength you need to battle him.
  • The way you think about yourself. decides your destiny. If you don’t like yourself, it is hard to like others. Remember, God made you in His own image. God never makes mistakes, and He didn’t with you either. God has a purpose for you. You just need to pray and find out what that is.

Remember:

You are not alone.

You are not Unloved.

I Was Ready to Check Out of This Hotel Called Earth

I am starting a whole new format tomorrow. I will have a podcast for you to listen to, and a trailer for “Signs of Hope: Ways to Survive in an Unfriendly World,” on You Tube for you to watch. Be sure to come back tomorrow to check it out.

It will take a while for this to have at a professional look, but I plan to have interviews with authors, guest posts from authors, and posts that share trends in the publishing business.

It is totally new for me, so I may make some mistakes, and it may  take a while for me to get all the glitches out. However, I feel that this is the direction that God is sending me, and I will keep doing it unitl He says otherwise.

On that note… Are you following the path that God has laid out for you? Are you winging it on your own? I was winging it on my own back in 2001, and it didn’t work for me.

I was literally down to my last breath clinging to a then rope, and ready to check out of this hotel called earth. This was all because I wanted to face life on my own terms, and was sinking in the muck and mire.

I finally cried out to God, “I can’t take this anymore,” and he took me by the hand and has been by carrying me ever since.

Don’t try to go through life alone. Turn all your worries and trials over to God, and let Him lead the way for you.

You are never alone.

You are never forsaken.

You are never unloved.

Above all….never, ever, give up!
