Signs of Hope For Seniors: The Alligators That Chase Us

I had an exciting day today. I officially started writing my second book that has a working title of: “Signs of Hope for Seniors: The Alligators That Chase Us.”

It will cover things that seniors have to face as they reached the autumn of their lives.

Some of the chapters at this point are:

  1. Loneliness
  2. Fear
  3. Death
  4. Rejection
  5. Illness
  6. Hopelessness

More chapters may be added as I write, or these may change.

That is what happened in my first book, “Signs of Hope: Ways to Survive in an Unfriendly World.” I thought I had a great outline started, but as I wrote I saw other issues that needed to be addressed.

As I write this new book I will be able to speak from experience. I have battle several illnesses. Even to the point of death. I will be able to relate to the fears of the readers I write for.

I have also faced self-doubt, depression, anxiety, fear, and the many other usual suspects seniors face.

As the book unfolds, I will share some excerpts from time to time. Keep coming back to see what is happening with the book, and hear some thoughts I have that may help you as seniors to cope.

Since we are talking about coping, I would like you to take a look at my first book, “Signs of Hope: Ways to Survive in an Unfriendly World.”

It covers many of the same topics as the new book might cover except it is a survival type manual for all ages, not just seniors.

You can see a description by clicking n the “bookstore,” tab at the top of this page. When you do, you will see the cover as well. If you want to read some wonderful endorsements, you can click on the “endorsement,” tab at the top of this page as well.

There is a special sale going on right now. The book is $19.99 in the stores, but you can get it for only $15.99 right now. The shipping has been cut in half as well. A total savings of over $6.00.

I hope you will at least check it out. I think it can change some lives and help people cope.
