The Center for Strategic and International Studies released a report that details 24 war simulations that featured a Chinese invasion of Taiwan. Most ended with the island retaining its autonomy and the U.S.-led coalition victorious in defeating China.

Air Force clears hurdle with 1st hypersonic weapon amid ‘new arms race’ with Russia, China
The weapon — called the Air-Launched Rapid Response Weapon, or ARRW — is an air-to-ground missile powered by a rocket motor that can travel as fast as Mach 8, or eight times the speed of sound. It’s built to be carried by the B-52 Stratofortress.

I was at a zoom meeting yesterday, when the speaker paused and said some cool things about my work with veterans. He said “Doug loves his fellow veterans and works hard for them everyday.”
