The Department of Veterans Affairs must improve mental health care access for veterans with suicide risks, senators told VA officials on Wednesday in the wake of an inspector general report that found problems with the agency’s crisis hotline for suicide prevention.

China, which claims Taiwan as part of its territory, has conducted increasingly large military drills in the air and waters around Taiwan as tensions have grown between the two and with the United States. The U.S. is Taiwan’s main supplier of arms and opposes any attempt to change Taiwan’s status by force.

This old soldier is battling pain right now. I have a right leg that is very painful. I take Tylenol everyday that helps, but need further help from doctors. My lower back is extremely painful as well. It needs surgery to repair. My left shoulder has a tendon that out of whack and is causing pain when I move wrong. Other than that I am doing fine.

This old soldier is tired of the events happening in our country today. So much turmoil and fear. My country is the greatest country in the world and yet, we are losing favor with other countries. Why? (My opinion) The leadership of country is weak. They allow too many threats to our country that they ignore, and claim everything is rosy.

We need a wake up call, and soon!
