A little known fact about the Ukraine war, is that there are many American veterans fighting there. They are Iraq veterans, and they are fighting to help a country that is fighting for its life.

I am honored to know them in that they love freedom so much that they would do this.

Never forget our veterans who take that extra step to reach out to protect people. They are my heroes.

If you are struggling, reach out for help. There are so many places to go for help. There are even some phone numbers, and texting places further down this post.
